Conrad Boyce has been directing community and professional theatre for almost 50 years in Alberta, BC, the Yukon and Ontario. In 1996, he founded Uxbridge Musical Theatre which, in 2005 merged with Uxbridge Players to become Onstage Uxbridge. In September 2023, his 30th play as a director, Frankie and Johnny, was cancelled after the dress rehearsal due to controversy regarding nudity. Here’s his side of the story.
